This cable coiler with an automatic binding unit coils and binds cable rings automatically. The two cable ends are left free and are the same length, which is ca, 1/2 the circumference ± ca. 100 mm. The cable rings are bound twice with a rubber cord and then pushed to the side (onto a table, conveyor belt or into a box).

]]> Measuring – Coiling – Layering – Cutting

The cable coiler KRI 400 SV is ideally suited for cable winding applications on to reels or into variable diameter coils. The servomotor layering unit ensures a high standard of layering quality. The layering width (height) and pitch are freely programmable.

The unit is equipped with a separate length measuring system and cutting unit. Optionally the coiler can also be equipped with a certified measuring system for results within a tolerance of ± 0.5%.

Cable feeding:
The cables need a tension controlled prefeeder system to rewind them in perfect condition (lay on lay). Always suitable for this purpose are all dereelers of ramatech with a controlled cable reservoir System.

The cable is fed from the cutting machine via a pipe directly into the winding pins on the rotating coiling disk. The coiling diameters are individually
adjustable. After the coiling process, the pins are lowered automatically, the protection cover opens, and the cable coil can be removed. Even extremely
